I’m an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Kansas School of Business. I study employees’ contexts (e.g., social networks, job design, teamwork), employee motivation, and research methods in organizations. I have taught courses in People Analytics, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management. I’ve written an instructional simulation for teaching Strategic Human Resource Management.
